Bruges, Belgium, 30 September 2026 — Sol.One today announces the completion of the reciprocal €2.5 million investment with Drone Volt (Euronext Growth Paris: ALDRV), the French professional drone group, as set out in the five-year propulsion supply programme announced on 2 September 2026.
Drone Volt has invested €2,500,000 in Sol.One's capital at the price of the round announced on 3 August 2026. Sol.One has subscribed to 7,906,388 new Drone Volt shares at €0.3162 per share.
The first shipments from Drone Volt have arrived at Sol.One's production facility near Ghent, where the first Saboteur aircraft are in serial production.
